AUTOMATIC PROPANE DELIVERY
Deliveries are scheduled when the system indicates you need a refill. This method is accurate, but it is still recommended that you monitor the level of your tank in unusually cold weather or if there are changes in your normal usage (i.e. additional guests in the house, change of tenants, increased pool usage). This is the most popular and convenient delivery option.
MONITORED PROPANE DELIVERY
Utilizes a smart device that allows for an electronic reading of your tank’s fuel level by downloading the free app courtesy of Yates Island Gas. There are some restrictions to monitoring including the type of tank at your location and cellular and radio limitations. WILL CALL DELIVERY
Will call customers monitor their usage by reading a gauge on the tank. When the gauge reads between 20% and 30%, call (508) 228-0725 for a delivery. A same-day delivery fee will apply if a low tank percentage or empty tank requires an Emergency Delivery.
24/7 EMERGENCY SERVICE
Emergency Deliveries can be made after-hours, on weekends, and on holidays should you need it. Customers who require or request an Emergency Delivery will incur a $75 Delivery Fee.
METERED PROPANE ACCOUNTS
Perfect for multi-family buildings, condominiums, and commercial businesses, metered propane accounts allow for the tracking and billing of energy used by individual units in a multi-unit building or on a multi-unit property.
