AUTOMATIC PROPANE DELIVERY
When you sign up for Automatic Delivery, Yates Island Gas estimates your usage using our advanced computer system in conjunction with your usage history. Deliveries are scheduled when the system indicates you need a refill. This method is accurate but it is still recommended that you monitor the level of your tank in unusually cold weather or if there are changes in your normal usage. (i.e. additional guests in the house, change of tenants, increased pool usage). This is the most popular and convenient delivery option.
MONITORED PROPANE DELIVERY
Monitored propane delivery provides homeowners with peace of mind utilizing a smart device that allows for an electronic reading of your tank’s fuel level from anywhere, anytime! View your tank levels from anywhere with your smartphone by downloading the free app courtesy of Yates Island Gas. Monitoring ensures that your assets are protected by helping to prevent run outs. There are some restrictions to monitoring including the type of tank at your location and cellular and radio limitations. Learn more and find out if your account is eligible for monitoring by giving us a call at (508) 228-0725.
WILL CALL DELIVERY
For those who want the most control of their accounts, Will Call customers monitor their usage by reading a gauge on the tank. Deliveries are requested by a phone call to (508) 228-0725 when the gauge reads between 20% and 30%. A same-day delivery fee will apply if a low tank percentage or empty tank requires an Emergency Delivery. With our 24/7 Emergency Service. Emergency Deliveries can be made after-hours, on weekends, and on holidays should you need it. Customers who require or request an Emergency Delivery will incur a $75 Delivery Fee.
